These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aligned Web Services content platform, websites, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Aligned Web Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Aligned Web Services helps you generate short-form video content — including AI avatar ("digital twin") videos, voiceover-and-B-roll videos, captions, and optional automated posting to social platforms you connect. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We offer paid subscription plans and may offer a free trial. Free trials carry no charge unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices, plan inclusions, and monthly video allowances are described at sign-up and may change with notice for future billing periods. Add-ons (such as extra video packs, social posting, thumbnails, or engagement services) are billed separately as described at purchase.
You retain ownership of the scripts, footage, B-roll, brand materials, and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide the Service. Digital twin / likeness: by uploading footage to create a digital twin, you confirm that you are the person shown (or have all necessary rights and consent from the person shown), and you consent to an AI avatar and/or voice being created from it for use in your videos. You may request deletion of your twin and voice at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates another person without authorization, or that violates the rules of any connected social platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party tools (for example, AI video, voice, music, captioning, hosting, and social-platform providers). Your use may also be subject to those providers' terms, and AI-generated music and media may carry their own licensing limits for certain uses (such as paid advertising or broadcast). You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable platform rules and licenses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, that videos will render within a specific time, or that automated posting will always succeed. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
