Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Aligned Web Services. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.

Free trial

New customers may start a free trial with no charge and no card required. You can stop at any time during the trial without being billed. If you choose a paid plan, billing begins when you subscribe.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing area, or by emailing chris@alignedwebservices.ca. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not automatically prorate or refund partial periods unless required by law.

Refunds

Because each video consumes real production resources (AI rendering, voice, music, captioning, and hosting) as soon as it is generated, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable. However, we will gladly issue a refund or credit if:

Add-on purchases (such as extra video packs) are non-refundable once the associated videos or services have been delivered.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're quick to help and almost always resolve issues directly, which is faster than a card dispute.
